The NSComm 800G QSFP-DD Active Direct Attach Copper (ACC/DAC) Twinax Cable is a high-speed, cost-effective alternative to fiber optics for 800G Ethernet short-reach interconnects. With integrated QSFP-DD connectors on both ends, it provides plug-and-play deployment and helps reduce the cost and operational complexity of separate optical modules and fiber patch cords for short distances.
Built for next-generation high-density switching, this active DAC contains 16 high-speed copper pairs supporting up to 100Gb/s per pair and uses PAM4 signaling to enable stable 800G performance in racks.
