Returns

You have the right to return products purchased from Network-switch.com under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Return: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, cannot be returned.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@network-switch.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product and obtain a return authorization number if necessary.

Refunds

• Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
• Refund Conditions: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping, handling, or other additional fees. If the product is returned damaged, used, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned product, we will send the replacement at no additional charge, based on availability.

Shipping Costs

• Restocking Fees: You would be chagred about 30% of the product price when return the item, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
