Powered by a dual-core 1.0 GHz CPU, 1 GB DDR4 memory, 16 MB BootROM and 512 MB flash, and a 4 MB packet buffer, it delivers 154 Gbps of non-blocking switching capacity and a wire-speed forwarding rate of 115 Mpps.

Housed in a 1 RU, IP 40, fanless chassis with a built-in 460 W AC power supply (100–240 VAC, 6 A), it supports VSU virtualization for up to four switches, IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE), hardware CPU Protection Policy (CPP), Network Foundation Protection Policy (NFPP), and plug-and-play O&M via Ruijie INC or Cloud.
