Using bend-insensitive multimode fiber and a riser-rated OFNR jacket, this MPO-12 OM4 jumper supports both Base-12 cabling and Base-8 parallel optics deployments. Because the MPO-12 interface also supports MTP-8 fiber systems, it is ideal for 8-fiber SR4 applications such as 40G QSFP+ SR4/CSR4 and 100G QSFP28 SR4 connections. This makes it an excellent choice for data centers migrating to higher data rates while keeping cable management simple and cost-effective.
