Overview
The Huawei CloudEngine S5731-H24P4XC is a high-end H-series Layer 3 PoE+ enterprise switch designed for next-generation Wi-Fi 6/6E campus networks, smart buildings, and large-scale IoT and surveillance deployments.
It provides 24 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE+ ports and 410GE SFP+ uplinks, enabling stable connectivity for Wi-Fi 6 access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones, access control systems, smart sensors, and industrial IoT devices.
Unlike standard access-layer switches, the H-series integrates Native AC (Access Controller) functionality, allowing unified management of up to 1,024 wireless APs. This makes it a core enabler for fully wireless campuses, smart universities, hospitals, enterprise Wi-Fi 6 office networks, and distributed branch WLAN architecture.
