The RG-S5000-10GT2MS-P-E is part of Ruijie’s Simplified Gigabit Switch Essentials series, designed for small‐to‐medium campus and enterprise edge deployments. It features 10 auto-negotiating 10/100/1000 BASE-T ports—ports 1–8 delivering IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ (up to 125 W total)—and two fixed SFP+ slots supporting 1 GbE or 2.5 GbE optics.
Housed in a fanless, naturally-cooled IP 40 chassis with a fixed AC input (100–240 V AC), it runs L2+ services including static routing and RIP/RIPng, Rapid Link Detection (RLDP), and ERPS ring protection.
