Returns

- Eligibility for Return: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, cannot be returned.

Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Refund Conditions: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping, handling, or other additional fees. If the product is returned damaged, used, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
